About us

Back in 2013, AnimeWeekend The Beginning was launched as a warm and communal series of events. In these 10 years, we’ve hosted more than a dozen different events with you. Our biggest wish was to bring together those interested in Anime and Japanese and other Asian cultures in a fun community. And we have succeeded! From the very first events, our audience has been gathering to actively meet and interact with like-minded people and friends, which is something we are extremely happy about.

Our goal is to create fun and purposeful events for you, our dear friends. So we say a big “thank you” for your support and participation in our events. You can currently support our activities with a donation of GPT. All the funds raised go towards the financing of the events and the prizes of the competitions.
